1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of KEC Educations ("KEC", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at keceducations.com, counseling sessions, test preparation classes, and visa assistance services, you ("client", "student", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. KEC Educations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Provided

KEC Educations offers the following services to students seeking overseas education:

• Study Abroad Counseling – Personalized guidance for selecting universities and programs in Australia, UK, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and other countries.
• University Application Assistance – Help with preparing and submitting applications to partner and non-partner institutions.
• Visa Documentation Support – Assistance in compiling and reviewing documents required for student visa applications.
• Test Preparation Classes – IELTS, PTE, SAT, and other standardized test coaching.
• Pre-Departure Briefings – Orientation sessions for students preparing to travel abroad.

KEC Educations acts as a consultancy and facilitation service. We do not guarantee admission to any institution or visa approval by any embassy or immigration authority.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of KEC Educations, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic background, financial status, and personal history.
• Submit all required documents within the timelines communicated by our counselors.
• Attend scheduled appointments and classes punctually.
• Notify KEC Educations promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances, contact details, or application status.
• Not misrepresent yourself or submit fraudulent documents. Any such act will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Pay all applicable service fees in accordance with the fee schedule agreed upon at enrolment.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees are outlined during your initial counseling session and must be agreed upon in writing before services commence.

• Payment Schedule – Fees may be structured in installments as mutually agreed. Full payment is required before visa lodgment assistance or university application submission begins, unless otherwise agreed.
• Non-Refundable Registration Fee – An initial registration/counseling fee is non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Refund Policy – Refunds for prepaid service fees (beyond the non-refundable portion) are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the triggering event.
• No Guarantee of Outcome – Fees paid to KEC Educations are for consultancy services only. Visa rejections or university non-admissions do not automatically entitle clients to refunds.
• Third-Party Fees – University application fees, visa fees, IELTS/PTE registration costs, and courier charges are separate and are the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

KEC Educations provides guidance based on information available at the time of counseling. We are not responsible for:

• Changes in immigration rules, visa policies, or university admission criteria by foreign governments or institutions.
• Decisions made by embassies, high commissions, or immigration authorities regarding visa applications.
• Admission decisions made independently by universities or colleges.
• Any loss, damages, or expenses arising from reliance on information provided during counseling that subsequently changes.
• Delays caused by third parties including courier services, government bodies, or institutions.

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to KEC Educations for that specific service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on keceducations.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of KEC Educations and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws of Nepal.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website or materials without prior written consent from KEC Educations. Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or content may result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

KEC Educations treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal, academic, or financial information to third parties except where required by partner universities to process your application, where required by law or court order, or with your explicit written consent.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward all KEC Educations staff and fellow students at all times — in person, on the phone, and via digital communication.

KEC Educations reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior, including harassment of staff or other clients, or any conduct that is unlawful under Nepalese law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
